I thought the location of the property was absolutely great. The hotel itself was fine - small shower and overall not the nicest looking bathroom, but the AC worked great and the bed was comfy. If I had been better about booking out earlier I think I would have been thrilled by it overall, but as it was I paid a bit too much for just a fine hotel in a great area.

If you’re looking for an upscale boutique hotel in Venice, this location checks all of the boxes. The location is clean, well decorated, and has a strong air conditioner. I highly recommend the breakfast here. It has been one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had in Europe.

The property was away from all the touristic areas, but still about 25 walking distance. The area is quiet , mainly locals but does have near by restaurants and Taxi service for a charge. Be aware the rooms have downstairs bathroom and living room with loft style bedroom.

Staff were great, we arrived early and they looked after our bags, even taking our laptop into the office for safekeeping.

Wow a older previous monastery that was extremly clean, confortable and the staff was awesome. Would gladly stay again.

Ótimo hotel, café muito bom.

Checkin rápido, quarto bem amplo, banheiro com banheira, chuveiro com ótima presão. café da manhã muito bom, uma ótima variedade (esqueça o que temos no brasil). A localização dele é que um pouco distante da estação, porém se você estiver com mala pequena é mais tranquilo. No geral eu gostei bastante.
