The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room overlooked one of Venice’s beautiful canals, providing a peaceful, authentic view that made every morning and evening feel special. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help with every question or request we had. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The location was absolutely perfect—just outside the busiest tourist crowds, allowing us to enjoy the quieter, more authentic side of Venice, while still being only a short walk or water taxi ride from all of the city’s iconic attractions. It truly offered the best of both worlds. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with exceptional service and an ideal location, this is a hotel I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

This property was perfect for us! it was easy to find, in a quiet area but still within easy reach of all the sights. The room it's self was beautiful especially the bathroom the balcony was a cute edition. Huge thank you we had a wonderful time.

We stayed in one of the lovely apartments, a short walk from the hotel. It was such a nice place to stay. The staff member at the hotel was really helpful with giving us directions to the train station for the following day too.

The room is in a great place in Venice. Very clean and nice inside.people is very nice. The only small issue is if you take this room Make sure is the main hotel phone number handy in your invoice so you can get the card to go to your room. Expedia do not specify the contact well.. Thanks I really recommend this place …. CIO!!!

Cosy room on a canal.

Great comfortable room. It’s in a great neighborhood away from all of the huge crowds and tourist traps. Loved having the balcony that overlooked a canal. Great place to unwind after being around large crowds all day.

Quaint and perfect getaway in Venice

The trip to Venice was amazing, the accommodation was great. Check in easy at the main hotel and even offered to escort us to the apartment. Was only 4 minute walk to the accomodation and lovely navigating through the small streets. Location was great, just 15 minute walk to the south of the island where you could walk along the coastline and to St Marcos Square. Balconly and seeing the locals way of live was a nice treat as well.

I had an unexpected situation come up at this hotel but the lovely lady at the front desk negotiated a room for me last minute that was more than I could ever have dreamt of! I had the most memorable, beautiful time in Venice with my sister because of her kindness and hospitality!!!! Excellent hotel , highly recommend!!!

The apartment is big in size and is very modern. The bed is very comfortable. Mosquitos get into the apartment so just to be prepared. Overall a great stay with a lovely cafe on the street to the left. Would recommend here
