The apartment is large (110 square meters) with 2 double bedrooms with King size beds (2 extra single beds can be added if needed, there is a small extra fee), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom.

The apartment is located in a central position very easy to reach and very well connected to every part of the city. There is the vaporetto (water bus) stop of "Riva de Biasio" at less than 1 minute from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes from the apartment. At the same time in the main attractions (Rialto, San Marco, Frari, Ghetto, etc.) are walking distance.

For each guest we provide:

Am amazing stay

This little gem was well situated close to the train station and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was super clean, spacious and we were nicely greeted. We would totally recommend this place.

Easy and spacious 2 room/2 bath apartment

This apartment in Venice was a great location on a quiet street with small bars and restaurants right around the corner. Spacious bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 1 single. 2 large bathrooms with large living room and comfortable couches. Would book again!

This sweet little apartment was perfectly located and just fit our needs! The nearby vaparetto stop and access to the train terminal was so convenient. Communication was good and we had everything we needed. Would choose this home again in the future.

Nice, clean, easy stay

We enjoyed the apartment and the location was easy enough to get to all parts of Venice. Very clean and nicely decorated- comfortable lounge area was a plus! I don’t recall steps in the listing, but it’s good to know you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the place. Only a pain on day 1 and the last day with luggage of course. Also the drink shop on the corner was noisy until about 11pm each night. Exterior window shutters helped to keep noise out.

Beautiful apartment in Venice

This apartment was amazing and very close to the train station. Costante was an excellent host and provided very detailed information and was very communicative. The check-in process was easy with someone waiting for us right at the door. The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. Quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants and walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Venice!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was described as is in the listing and the location was perfect! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough! We didn’t use the kitchen but it looks very well equipped. The wine glasses did come in handy though! Costante was absolutely wonderful in his communication and went above and beyond accommodating us. I’d give more stars if I could! We will definitely stay here again should we make it back to Venice. Highly recommend!!

Great Location and Apartment!

Lovedddd Venice and this apartment. Good location and host made sure to communicate with us before hand to check in easily. Have euros for the tax.. 2euros per person. Also if you’re flying in, the Water Taxi is a little pricier, but soo worth it.

Constante was very good at giving us all the information we needed to meet his assistant who let us into the apartment early to drop off our luggage before check in. The apartment was clean and comfortable for four adults and we were happy it had a/c. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Do not hesitate to stay here. It was spacious, clean and beyond charming. Communication with our host was great. It is a 10 min maximum walking from the train station which is worth its weight in gold, plus it is easy to get to all the wonderful sites to see in the this great city. ❤️

Great Apartment

We loved our stay in Venice @ Costante’s, the apartment was quirky , so well stocked, clean & comfy. There are 2 flights of stairs , which weren’t a problem for us, but others possibly should be aware of. Close to Vaporetta stop @ Riva de Biasio, on line 51 & 52 , making it so easy to get around Venice without getting lost. Just loved this place, highly recommended

Lovely authentic Venetian flat

We enjoyed our stay at this totally authentic flat. The property was very clean and located a few minutes from the Grand Canal, central to everything you want to see. Everything we needed was available including shampoo, soap, full kitchen etc. We would have preferred to lower the ac temperature as it was warm sleeping however the heat in Venice was extreme during our stay. We would absolutely choose to stay again.

Stunning, comfortable and spacious

Exactly as advertised, this apartment is wonderful. The exposed beams and original features are really special and the sofas and beds were fabulous. It's extremely comfortable and well equipped and in a great location and I saw how thoroughly it gets cleaned between visitors when returning to collect our luggage. Constante was a really good host, communicating well and he was very helpful with travel information and allowing us to leave our bags for a few hours on the last day. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.
