This Condo Includes

-All appliances including a refrigerator, washer, and dryer
-Full service plates, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.
-All Pots, pans, and kitchen essentials.
-3 TV's in all rooms, including the Living Room, Owner's Suite, and Bedroom 2.
-Fully-furnished and "turn-key" ready. Just bring your clothes, groceries, & toothbrush!
-All necessary cleaning supplies like a vacuum, broom, dust pan, swiffer, etc.
-And more! -Guests will have full access to all the beautiful amenities Wellen Park Golf & Country Club has to offer via a one time membership transfer fee of $150, made payable to the Wellen Park G&CC Homeowners Association.

-To receive full member benefits to the golf course, tenants will pay a one time transfer fee of $100, made payable to the Wellen Park G&CC Homeowners Association.
