The apartment is very clean , the location is perfect around the apartment everything you need it , the best things in veince arouund the apartment by walking, they offer storage for bags the whole day free.

The apartment was great in space, privacy, location and cleanliness. There are two separate rooms each one with its own bathroom and a kitchen. Perfect for a family. The location is right 10 walking minutes away from everything important to visit. I definitely would stay here again.

Perfectly located. clean and spacious. The only downside was having to check in at a hotel that’s a 10 minute walk away (and 15 min from the train station). It was hard to carry all our luggage back and forth. The code for the apartment could have been provided over email. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

This property was a short walk from the train station but other than that, there is nothing good about it. When we checked in, we found leftover food still in the freezer and a gross yellow stain on one of the towels. The mirror was also cracked and when we advised the property of these issues, there was no response even up until the day we checked out. The air conditioning also did not seem to function properly as the place was overwhelming hot despite us turning it all the way up. It also seems to have a big issue, we saw multiple mosquitoes and other unidentified insects which made our sleep very uncomfortable. Would not recommend at all.

Die Unterkunft war toll, auch gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Übergabe im Check in Hotel, war fußläufig gut zu erreichen war hervorragend. Die Lage ist top. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre ist, dass kein Spülschwamm und auch kein Küchen Handtuch vorhanden war. Außerdem hatten wir Probleme mit dem Fernseher und leider hat die Mitarbeiterin es innerhalb von vier Tagen nicht geschafft, uns zu helfen. Das waren aber auch die einzigen Kritikpunkte. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Leider waren im Bad noch fremde Haare. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft ordentlich. Auch die Erreichbarkeit von der Rialtobrücke und zu den gängigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut. Ein Café in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Frühstücken bspw. und auch diverse Lebensmittel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Brilliant to have a place in the centre of venice. Close to water bus, walking distance to all in the centre and close to a great wee supermarket. Having a kitchen was great after a tiring day. Communication was via whatsapp and was timly and helpful.

Pictures of this apartment/room were very deceiving. The bunk beds were literally in the hall as you opened the door to enter. We used the kitchen to put our luggage in. AC. Could have been better. Apartment was clean. Bed sheets were rough. Could have been a better quality. Great location but you had to go 10 minutes further to register.

The apartment was generous and well located, but rather noisy. Given that in Venice you have to essentially carry your luggage by hand, the fact that the hotel for the check-in was 10 min from the ferry and then a 15 min walk over several bridges away from the apartment itself, made the trip quite strenuous for one night.

Overall pleased with our stay. Location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. We did find apartment difficult to locate initially. It’s a door with a small sign, not lit up so hard to find if arriving in darkness. Apartment is clean with kitchen and washing machine. Excellent when travelling with children. We found apartment hot and heating could do with being turned down, which you can’t do yourself. We opened windows…letting the mosquitoes in! Slightly random issue…large bathroom mirror fell off wall and smashed on tile floor everywhere. Apartment does not have a reception desk in the building so unable to get help to clean up all the glass until the next day. I hadn’t considered being in a building with no reception but this could have been an issue. Just something to consider. Luckily no one was injured and there was a brush so I could sweep all the shards to the corner.
