The location was a bit tricky to find, and we had a lot of stairs to get to it, but it was so worth it!!! Gorgeous suite, beautiful patio with rooftop views including St Mark’s and the bell tower. Staff was fantastic with communication. This is a total gem - loved it!!

Be prepared to climb lots of stairs with luggage. Well situated in San Marco district. If taking water taxi from airport the Splendid hotel is right next door as a departure point.

Excellent property in the heart of Venice! About 5 minutes walk to San Marco square and the Rialto! Clean, spacious, and modernized traditional property. Beware that the property has no elevator, but did not bother us as we packed lightly. Suites are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Also, bathrooms are smaller than expected but good water pressure, clean, and has hot water. Air conditioning is excellent! Will definitely stay again!

You have to walk up many flights of stairs with your luggage to get to the room, Air conditioning works, but will not go below 16 degrees celsius which leaves the apartment a little warm. They do not supply hair conditioner or lotion. Very clean and nice apartment. Lobby and cleaning staff were very nice.

Actual sweet, stylish apartment. Staff on site part of the day, but made arrangements for our check - in via What's App after hours. Very clean and modern with old world windows etc. Highly recommended!!

The studio was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was super friendly. It was also in a great location. However, carrying our luggage up to the room was extremely difficult. Our suite was number 4, and we had to climb approximately 66 stairs, which felt like going up six floors. It was honestly exhausting and very inconvenient with suitcases. Although the studio itself was lovely and well located, I would not recommend it to anyone traveling with heavy luggage or who has difficulty climbing stairs.

Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room.
