Great value and communication

This was just a one night stay two adults and two kids. The house was very clean. Location is excellent for beach and downtown Venice access. What I liked particularly was that the property manager Tom was very communicative and offered some flexibility with check in and check out, which was extremely important for us.

Do not stay here

We will not be recommending this rental to anyone. The house smelled musty. The beds were very uncomfortable and cheap. The furniture was comfortable. Common amenities are: bathroom soap, coffee, hand soap. None of these were provided. We were on the road for 7 hours and upon arrival realized that we had to run to the store to at least get bath soap. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO and this was the worst experience.

Great house very clean and functional Within a few miles drive to the beach. Nice private back yard
