River Place to come back to after being on the water all day for multiple days at a time to be able to feel a hug. Have a home-cooked meal good night sleep and a good shower. Everything was as advertised.

The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and there was ample hot water for bathing. I would recomend this place for groups it offers plenty of room and is well laid out. The only criticism is the bbq grill was dirty and the propane bottle was empty. The punch lock was broken and had we not met the cleaning lady we would not have known where to find the key,

Best house we’ve stayed at in Venice so far! Very clean, great water pressure and hot water and AC did amazing. These are things that not all houseboats we’ve used could do. The covered deck was a great place to hang out. Will be coming back next year!!

Annual fishing trip

House boat was very nice and very clean, the fish were biting. Better water hoses for cleaning fish and washing down boats are the only improvements that I see are needed but the ones provided got the job done with a little ingenuity.

Tuna Stay at Venice Marina

Awesome. Plenty of room for 6 guys. Grill, Ice maker, wi-fi, streaming TV, coffee maker, CLEAN, plenty of hot water, front row view for easy pick up and drop of via boat. I've stayed on at least 8 houseboats in Venice over the years and this was the likely the best.

Very nice comfortable houseboat & clean, I would recommend this place for all who looking to rent in Venice, La. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the water hose at the fish cleaning station and the one on the side of the houseboat to wash down your boats after a day of fishing. I will definitely consider renting this place again.

Great location and perfect for guided fishing trip

The location is great, check-in process was easy, kitchen supplies available and the overall layout of the house was good, but there were some issues. The floors were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, no seating on the back porch because the table was broken and the towels smelled bad. But, even with all the issues we found, we would consider staying here again because of the convenience, and I have a feeling most of the other places would have similar issues.
