Come and enjoy this updated and private home! This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Air Conditioned space is 1281 ft² (119 m²), Overall home area is 2148 ft² (200 m²) ; we have an oversize garage, outdoor covered area and a large southern exposure sun deck if the shade isn’t your thing.

With a 8 minute car drive, you can reach Manasota Key beach; several other beaches are nearby as well.

The house has a brand new, Southern exposure, heated, salt water (gentle for your skin) pool. Beautiful and specious paved patio with newly installed screen enclosure covering the entire area.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a direct entry to patio/pool area. The second bedroom has a king size bed and this room also has a sliding door which allows for direct entry into pool/patio area! The living room area has a queen sleeper sofa which converts into a full size bed.

Oversized garage with automatic door will keep your car safe, dry and cooler.
