Wonderful property! Great location...close to beautiful beaches and Historic Downtown Venice! The unit was nicely updated, very clean, and the owner was very responsive in answering our questions. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again!

Another great annual visit to Venice

Our VRBO rental was very nice for my husband and me as we escaped the gray chilly weather in Columbus! Duplex owner Gayle was great, easy to contact, and the unit was very clean and well taken care of. We would rent from her again!

Wonderful house in Venice

This was a great place to stay. The house was clean, had everything we needed. Only a couple blocks to the beach, and very close to all the restaurants. The street was very quiet, too, quick was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay. All the beach parking is free. Found lots of shark teeth. That was fun! I would definitely stay in Gayle Callahan's home again!!!

Highly recommend this rental. Very clean, well appointed, modern renovation to this 2 bedroom duplex. Just a few blocks off the beach. In an established neighborhood in downtown Venice with lots of landscaping to offer shade for the lanai. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

We loved our stay at your place!!! It was very clean had enough space for everyone, and equipped with everything we needed which came in very handy so we didn't have to go out and buy a lot of stuff for our stay. The location was perfect not to mention very close to a beautiful beach where we spent a lot of our time. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again if we ever headed back that way! Perfect for out of town guest

I rented this for friends who came to town from Greece. The accomodations are perfectly tidy, well decorated and had everything they needed. It was intuitively organized which helped my friend who is blind feel right at home. Truly a great choice!!
