"A beautiful house in glorious surroundings. Wonderful amenities for mixed ages. A lovely revisit after several years and found perfect refurbishment and excellent facilities. The house is beautifully presented and the garden and grounds tranquil and delightful yet not far to go for visiting pretty towns. Highly recommended, we shall return."

"With 8 adults and 3 young kids we had a great time. The pool is fantastic and the house is well equipped and comfortable. The rooms are large and there is plenty of space for everyone. There are also toys and kids slides in the garden. Because the house is authentic and made of wood it can be a bit noisy."

"Simple and affordable. Great location for town center and rail station. Moderate water leak in shower has signs of prolonged damage to bathroom wall and door. No bath towels provided. Gets hot in summer, a fan or two would provide comfort at night."

"A gite full of character and charm, with a hostess who could not possibly have done more for us. We can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants a good base from which to explore northern Burgundy; only five kilometres from the A6, three kilometres from the lovely city of Auxerre, two kilometres from a good supermarket, and yet situated in delightful countryside."
