"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice waking up to the ringing cowbells. The amenities were outstanding featuring a spa with 5 different saunas, cold pool, Jacuzzi, and a relaxing chill out lounge with stunning views and comfy blankets. We also appreciated the free shuttle rides to and from the station within five minutes requesting a ride. The hotel grounds are stunning, with a vibrant garden, serene heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and plenty of spaces to unwind. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the charming Kandersteg village. Plenty of hike routes in the area and a gondola ride takes you up the breathtaking Oeschinensee Lake. The restaurant in the hotel is also fantastic! Best Dover sole I have ever eaten. Oh and complimentary tea and cake every afternoon! Exceptional service that created a truly unforgettable visit and we can’t wait to go back! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations!"
