You’ll enjoy an 800 m² garden and a beautiful ocean view. The house sleeps 6. It’s close to the sea (about 5 km) and its many beaches, the river, and the mountains (the Bavella Massif). RATES: JUNE AND SEPTEMBER: 600 euros per week. JULY AND AUGUST: 1,200 euros per week. Security deposit: 2,000 euros (not collected) – Mandatory cleaning fee: 100 euros. Option to rent sheets: 30 euros per room; towels: 5 euros per towel (amount collected for laundry service).
