"Excelent service"

"In a lifetime of cheap hotels this is the first one where I was afraid I would be injured!..no one at check in ..no welcome... toilet did not work...knocking and scaping noises at random times ...power drill all afternoon..there was 1 Cheap plastic hanger...no water or glasses...no chair or desk ( I dragged a heavy wood bench in from hallway) no place to put toiletry items..vague sewer odor..Balcony door would not slide ( took all my strength to push it shut..feared being hurt...ditto bathroom...

"The grounds are unique and park like. Song birds can be heard and we were surprised to watch a meter long iguana run up a tree unexpectedly. Honestly, I think the property could really use some updating here and there.. and a bit more outdoor cleaning. In fairness with so many trees, it’s pretty tough to eliminate all that drops into the pool.. but it needed some attention. Our stay got off to a rough start the first day but the property’s owner personally spoke to me and made sure we were well...

"It's old and a bit dark but the feeling of privacy is there to make it like a home for long stays. It's now closed and hopefully not permanently or for a remodel that will make the prices go up. The staff was always helpful. Hopefully the workers are paid for their time off from work considering it's not their fault they lost their jobs. But it's Mexico and labor has no protection there and that's why so many Mexicans make the journey north to the United States. Hopefully Trump is a 4 year...

"The rooms were dirty and smelly. I won't come back here. The only good thing about this place is the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Los cuartos estaban sucios y olian mal. No regresaria mas a este hotel. Lo unico buno de este lugar fue el restaurante, la comida estaba deliciosa y el servicio muy bueno. "
