"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"The place had a great view but no sun on the deck (early October). The bed was a disappointment since it was a pullout sofa with 2 separate (very hard) beds. We did not realize we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Marcus arranges that we could walk to a ladies house and pay quite a bit of money to rent sheets for 3 days. (We used our beach towels and scarves instead). All instructions were in German so the pages of information sent was unreadable to us. We asked for English instructions...

"Pro's and cons: Pro's first: good location, a short drive from Luino, a good sized lakeside town. You can take ferries from Luino all round the lake, including to the Borromean islands. You'll have to spend some time aquainting yourself with the ferry timetable and a map of the lake. Nothing much goes on in Dumenza itself. Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Strandpromenade und auch zum Freibad in Suna und zum Hafen in Pallanza ist es nicht weit. Für die Versorgung gibt es Gaststätten in der Umgebung, es kann aber selbst in der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche gekocht werden. "Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. It has a TV, it's like 15". No use. It...

"Keurig modern appartement op 10 min lopen van centrum Arona. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prettig. Buiten zitten op balkon kan zowel in de zon als onder het zonnescherm. Parkeer ruimte is gratis en voldoende aanwezig, wij konden altijd direct voor de ingang parkeren. Wat ik miste waren bier en wijnglazen, maar goed nu hebben we de limonade glazen gebruikt.
