This cosy semi-detached house in El Verger for up to 4 people is perfect for a holiday with family or friends. It is a very bright and south-east facing house.
Upon entering the house, guests are greeted by a spacious living-dining room next to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The space is air-conditioned to keep cool on warmer days and has a fireplace for cooler evenings. 
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary amenities making it easy to prepare delicious meals.
The house also has a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with a third trundle bed. In addition, the house has a comfortable double sofa bed.
There is a staircase leading to a solarium, a space to enjoy the sun and the views. The terrace has a swimming pool, which can be covered, providing a larger terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with two sun loungers and an outdoor shower for cooling off.
The location of the house is ideal, within walking distance to the beach and all local amenities.
