"Terrible hotel and terrible system! Our flight got cancelled and we just needed a place for the night and when we got there there was nobody to help us checkin and no internet so we couldn’t even get a taxi back to the airport. Awful experience and provided so much stress for my wife and I. "

"I sent an email asking the hotel about public transport to get to the hotel and the worker Valentina told me the trains to get I tild her TAXI was not an option. 90 euros taxi 70 euros night at the hotel.
