This property in the Eixample was just what we wanted and needed. Quick walk to Gran Via and Passeig de Gracia as well as Metro stations (Urquinaona is closest). We also found more than enough to eat short walks away with some great tapas stops. We walked to Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla very easily. Location allowed us to stroll past Gaudi buildings at our leisure: Casa Calvet is right across the street! We were able to see Casa Batllo by day and night - very different experiences! La...

Raquel at main office was great! We were too early for entry into the apartment, so she made sure we felt comfortable & happy when we checked in & left our luggage. She gave us advice on where to eat & where things were. We could tell she loves her job because of her excitement as she helped us. The apartment was very spacious & clean as described. The company even put a crib for our infant without us having to request one, which was awesome!. Our balcony had a great view of the Segrada...

Close to every thing (only 10 minutes walk to almost everywhere). Very kind and helpful staff. I definitely recommend CASP74. Tips: If you are using "hair conditioner" bring by yourself. They only provide "shampoo" and "shower gel".

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Check-in was very easy, the neighborhood is great with plenty of markets nearby, you can walk to Sagrada Familia, and it's right near the subway line that takes you to the Ramblas and Montjuic. The only reason it's not 5's across the board is probably typical for these apartments- skimping on little things, like no paper towels or hand soap in the bathrooms. Otherwise it was excellent for our family of 4 (our daughters shared the pull out couch).

Nice and helpful staffs. Very clean and spacious apartment with big kitchen. There is a supermarket just next door and many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful well-appointed large apartment/hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Full kitchen with every essential!! The styling, decor and quality surpassed any expectation. Fabulous location on Diagonal/Augusta walking to 4 Guadi houses, Passeig de Gracia and Placa Catalunya. The most beautiful roofdeck in a Central Barcelona! Amazing for a family vacation!!! So wonderful! Thank you Casagrand! Lovely front desk staff. Would love to visit again someday and will always recommend!

We loved staying here. Very clean and comfortable, staff was nice. Beautiful view and close to all the shopping!

Great place to stay. Good furnishings, good wifi, I would stay hear again when I go back to Barcelona. Excellent location.

Fantastic hotel with rooftop patio and incredible staff. Clean, great room balcony and good breakfast. Staff helped with directions, taxi to airport and questions about city. Excellent service!!

It was amazing. The location is great. The rooms were spacious.

Our experience with this hotel was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and perfect for our group size. The lobby area is small as are the elevators. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and centrally located to many attractions. We LOVED the fact that we had two bedrooms, two baths, a living/dining area, kitchen, and balcony. We were able to come back to our hotel after a day out, relax with some wine on the balcony, and enjoy...

The rating of this hotel on Expedia was accurate. The four stars are well deserved. The hotel is in the middle of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter in easy reach of "Las Ramblas" and only a five minute walk to the subway. We picked this place for the historic charm of the room with it's modern updates, and the perfect location. The rooms have high ceilings, lots of character, and even have a small kitchenette. The bathroom has one of the best showers ever with lots of space, water pressure and an...

Excellent place and people. Carla was very helpful.

Apartments 64 is a wonderful place to stay while enjoying your trip to Barcelona. It is in the perfect location for shopping and dining- several restaurants and shops close by. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of many of the historical sites, but if you prefer taking a taxi, there is a taxi stand just out front. The apartment is as shown on the website. It is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very courteous, helpful and maintains a high standard...

I like the cleanliness and space. I dont like that you are supposed to have access to a kitchen but u have to call in order to have it. I feel like thats fake advertising.

It is very unassuming from the street, but don't let that fool you. The check-in was easy, and quite accommodating. The suite was capacious, would easily sleep five using the sofa, and had a well-equipped kitchenette.

The room was so clean and There was nothing I felt uncomfortable. Staffs were very nice and friendly too.

What a cute little property. This is a great little hotel in a spot convenient to the metro, an easy walk to Casa MIla, and a great launching point to all that Barcelona has to offer. My room was cozy but offered extras like a fridge and kitchen sink, perfect for stopping at the grocery around the corner and grabbing provisions instead of relying on restaurants for meals. I'd stay here again.
