"The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared."

"I'm a seminary student, and I came into town for an intensive class. So, I was really only in the space in the evenings, but it was comfy. The location is amazing!!! The studio apartment was decently clean. The projector is VERY cool. There were a few details I could not find instructions for, like where to take the garbage out when I was on my way out. But I left a message for the owner and they were good about it. I would stay again. Recommend."

"We loved this sweet apartment in downtown Evanston! It’s super-close to the L (Dempster), Trader Joe‘s, and great places to eat, and is equipped for light cooking if desired. Immaculate, too. "The location was great! Walking distance from many restaurants and music venues. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I really could say was the noise from the street in the early morning, but that had already been mentioned prior to my stay and they did provide ear plugs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would go back again."

We enjoyed the massage chair in the master bedroom, the first floor fitness room, the security of the building, and the quiet at nights.
