The motel was great about contacting me to confirm my arrival and being ready. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful, and another person took me to my room to show me some things (like how to operate the AC). She was lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, comfortable and the motel was in a good location.

Good value for money. Very helpful staff, Comfortable room. Guests receive a discount at the Boston Pizza and White Spot, which is a bonus, Only gripe was that the pillows were terrible.

Everything is excellent except the coffee whitener packets were a year expired. Which could have been delivered to them that way from Amazon. They were very apologetic about that. Minor issue.

The location is by the main road so it’s not that quiet. As the pet friendly room is assigned by the road, pet owners don’t get a choice of different rooms even though there are other vacant rooms at the quieter side of the building. The room is clean but the sheets and pillows are old and not very clean.

Very sketchy neighbourhood. Did not feel safe walking the dog. Did not realize that the motel housed long time residents. Nice people but it was a bit disconcerting. Motel rooms were clean & staff pleasant.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. In an abundanceof caution, I felt like my vehicle might have been vulnerable (perhaps unwarranted) but the staff (owners) gave options that put me very much at ease. The staff seemed to really be concerned that guests had the best experience. Hats off to you care and professionalism.
