"There is no staff on site but the person who handles check in via phone was very attentive and communicative. The room was as described. New towels are needed, but other than that, everything was great."

"Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy."

"Our room smelled so bad we had to keep the window open, the heat/ air conditioning was too loud to use. The water in every tap smelled to gross to use, so no shower or coffee. We booked this place because it has a pool and hot tub, the hot tub water was dark green and when we opened the door to the pool room, the chemicals were so strong it burned my eyes before we even stepped through the doorway.
