"Very nice old house and well-equipped. We were worried the cold winter but the house has heater system, which is great. Location is great for beach visit by walking 2 minutes. Bus to the train station is very convenient. Perfect for family or close friends trip. "

"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "The moment we entered the apartment, we were amazed by the modern interior and owner’s attention to details. TV box allows YouTube videos and the garden has lots outdoor equipments though we didn’t use any due to the weather. Room is spacious and the kitchen has large variety of small electrical appliances. We cooked over the two day stay and enjoyed the meals on the large dining room table. Though the railway is right in front of the house, there wasn’t a lot of trains passing by at night....
