Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. "Finding that the hotel was actually in Juliette's courtyard was a nice surprise. We booked the Laviana and had an amazing view to the courtyard, Juliette's statue, and the balcony. The room was very spacious and comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was typical Italian meat and cheese that you make yourself, but still satisfying. Michaela made us feel welcome when we arrived and had several great recommendations for site seeing and restaurants. "

"The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean. "

"The property is well situated to the centre of town and L'Arena of Verona. It is also a short walk to the train station and therefore great for day trips in the area. Plenty of dining options just outside the front door and quite peaceful in the evening. The staff was exceptional and very willing to help with any questions that I had. "
