The hotel is in the center of Verona and very walkable. It also had a limited parking garage which was very helpful, but make sure that you make the reservation ahead of time. There was lots of noise at night and we couldn't sleep till 2:00 AM when the music was finally stopped. I don't recommend the hotel for the family or the one with little kid. We won't recommend the hotel for anyone that want to have a good night sleep. It is impossible to sleep with all of the outside noise. If you are the party crowd the hotel is for you :)
camera perfetta , personale cordiale , colazione abbondante e internazionale , distanza perfetta tra la stazione e il centro a piedi , super consigliato
Efficient and well functioning hotel; as matters of fact services, lack of warmth but things get done.

An absolutely incredible experience! I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Verona. The Staff were exceptional, polite, friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room which delighted my wife and made the stay that much more spectacular. Easy walk from the train station and to the old city centre.
The room was very modern, spacious, clean and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, great quality and variety of food.
We will definitely return on our next visit.
We've booked for a family of 4 for 5 days and been offered upgrade to a apartment around a min walk from the hotel. The room was big with 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. However the drains at both toilets were very smell. We couldn't sleep if doors weren't fully closed. Even you closed them you can still smell them. Both shower area were slightly run down. The glass shower doors came off a few times. We didn't want to make a complaint so just put up with it. No coffee/tea at the place and the kettle are full of limescale with the lid couldn't be openned. Not even one channel of English TV so kids were bored.
The staffs at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was good, it's situated between station and the centre. Breakfast didn't have much choice, very small selection but with 2 children it was easier to have smt to eat before went out.
We have to put our suitcases at the last day after checked out. They charged €5 per suitcase/locker. If you asked me if I would stay again, unfortunately I wouldnt. There were a few much better apartment in the area when I made the booking. We paid €850 for 4 nights. I was thinking we are going to stay in a hotel not apartment.
Room needed a few practical items... Drawers for clothes, not just hangers; somewhere in bathroom to hang wet towels that you intend to re-use.
1 night out of the 4 we stayed, a noisy piece of equipment just outside our room kept us awake on and off all night!
Das Hotel bietet eigenen Parkplatz €22.00/Nacht. Die Zimmer sind einfach, sauber. Wenige Gehminuten von der Arena und Stadtzentrum.
Zimmer auf die Strasse vermeiden. Ist laut. Pizzeria nebenan hat lange geöffnet.

We had a reservation for the opera in Verona and my husband was hospitalized the day of the performance. Hotels .com tried to help me ask for a voucher for this hotel as the reservation was not able to be cancelled. Totally understood, but the hospitalization wasn’t planned either. They offered an insignificant refund, less than 1/3 with a complicated. Very unfortunate that they could
not see beyond a ‘policy’ . At first they said it was “hotel. Com” issue but that was not true as hotels.com was very responsive but said they could not get the hotel to agree. There are many, many hotels close to the Arena and I would urge another choice with more humane management.
We enjoyed the close loacation near the main square and Arena Verona. We had some noice in the room and the stone floor in the hallway and above rooms. hotel staff is very friendly and breakfast is fine!
We had a great stay at Hotel Verona. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Forum and close to several very good restaurants (some just 30–40 meters away).
The staff at the front desk were professional and friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the breakfast, with good options and made-to-order coffee.
A special thank you to the hotel team for helping us retrieve a teddy bear our young son accidentally left behind in the room. It meant a lot to us, and we’re grateful for their assistance in sending it back.
All in all, a pleasant experience — we would gladly stay again.
