An Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Giaria Rooms.

My wife and I recently at Giaria Rooms and we couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, it was a truly delightful experience.

Very cute and clean place, even the shared bathroom situation is not bad. Only thing worth noting is that although it’s called Bed and Breakfast, there is no breakfast.

Excellent location. 9 minutes walk to the Arena. The bathroom was absolutely spotless (never seen one cleaner!). Rosario made contact when I messaged that I would arrive after 7:00p.m. and was there to answer the bell. To correct a previous reviewer, there is no fee for checking in late: that is the standard City Tax. Good value for money.

Not an amazing stay

The bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. I was arriving earlier than the checkin time and was told an exception would be made to hold bags until the room was available. It seemed like they were providing a favor rather than a service and we’re going above and beyond. Only one bottle of cold water was provided. The air conditioning is not in the bedroom, it was hard to fall asleep being hot and with an u comfortable bed. The staff wasn’t personable at all, but the location was amazing, easy walk to local attractions and safe area.

Alugar um quarto em alojamentos residenciais muitas vezes cria uma expectativa em relação à eficiência do check in. Neste caso, deu tudo certo. Entramos em contato por mensagem, fomos respondidos rapidamente e o responsável estava esperando-nos no local, na hora correta. Uma vez embaixo do edifício, tivemos que telefonar para que abrissem a porta de entrada. Localização excelente para quem desce na Estação Porta Nova de Verona. De lá, basta pegar um ônibus que nos deixa em frente ao prédio. Dito isso, fica em um local estratégico, bem próximo ao centro histórico de Verona. À exceção de um pouco de barulho à noite e da cama não tão confortável, é uma ótima opção. Nada que estrague alguns poucos dias de hospedagem. Voltaria, sem dúvidas.

Zufrieden, sehr schön

Der Ort ist gut gelegen, einmal über die Brücke und schon ist man in der Altstadt. Es ist sauber und auch das Teilen des Badezimmers mit den anderen Gästen war kein Problem. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen, das muss man in einem Café auf der anderen Seite der Brücke einnehmen. Aber auch dort ist es recht schön. Also alles in allem, bin ich zufrieden mit dieser Wahl.

Buona la posizione e bella la stanza , gentilissimo il proprietario, purtroppo manca la colazione e per il prezzo pagato ci sarebbe potuta stare . Se non è possibile presso la struttura almeno in convenzione con un bar.

We had a Nice stay in Verona, the place is perfect. The rules of not being allowed to consume anything in the room bothered my husband. I recommend visit to the Roman Theater only 5 minutes away, the pub Canara minute away and the Michelin restaurant Osteria Ponte Pietra.

Custo beneficio, espaco e localizacao excelentes !

O quarto que fiquei era muito espacoso...tinha uma anti-sala, banheiro com banheira e um espaco aberto muito fofo! A localizacao eh otima, so atravessar a ponte e voce ja esta a uns 5 minutos da casa da Giulieta e alguns minutos da Arena di Verona. O local eh muito tranquilo (sem barulho) O quarto eh exatamente como nas fotos, limpo e confortavel. O anfitriao muito simpatico e prestativo. Custo beneficio exelente! Recomendo! PS.: Nao tem acento, pq ainda estou na Italia e o teclado nao tem nossos acentos nem o "C" cedilha

Sehr freundlich und kompetend.

ein freundlicher Empfang, sauber und geräumige Zimmer (sogar eine Terasse im 1. OG stand uns zur Verfügung. Zur Arena keine 10 Minuten und ins stadtzentrum nur über die Brücke gegenüber vom Hotel. Seinen Preis wirklich wert!

Cheap & cheerful.

Very traditional set of rooms in a modern bloc of apartments. We opted for the larger garden room with a patio overlooking the courtyard, though in reality this was the rubbish space at the bottom of the apartment. The place was cheap, the man on duty very helpful and relatively close to the arena, though quite a walk from the train station.

Consiglio caldamente qs struttura a chi passa da Verona. Si trova alle spalle del centro storico ed e' facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, in auto e con i mezzi.Intorno numerosi locali dove fare colazione, pranzo e cena.Le camere sono pulite e offrono tutto cio' che e' necessario durante un piccolo soggiorno.Rosario cordiale e disponibile.

Ottima struttura, il proprietario è disponibilissimo e gentile.. la stanza era perfetta sia come pulizia che il letto molto comodo. La posizione del B&B è comoda per visitare Verona è molto ben collegata con gli autobus urbani da e per la stazione di Porta Nuova (a circa 50mt fermata di molte linee). Ve lo consiglio!!
