"Good location. Free parking outside and paid underground parking. Our room was facing the road so it was noisy, but the room was huge."

"Lovely staff, lovely breakfast, could not fault it"

"Personal allgemein sehr freundlich, allerdings spricht niemand deutsch.

"Excellent location to enjoy Verona Close to shopping and lots of dining options near by"

"The hotel determines a level of air conditioning that it feels is appropriate for its guests. So it will block your ability to lower or activate the air conditioning unit even though they have AC. Definitely a cost-savings measure. First night there was fine as i could lower the temp to 20 C or 70 F. Second night, they arbitrarily determined to limit the lowest temperature to 22 C. "Our van would not fit in the parking garage. We had to park on the street."

"The furnishing. the colors , the artistry of the hotel are stunning in corals ans reds and muted yellows. The beds and rooms are very comfortable, and there’s a lovely internal courtyard off the hotel. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again."

"All great"

"Perfect location, comfortable room and amenities, if a little dated. Lovely breakfast, friendly and pleasant staff. Special mention for the lovely breakfast lady!"

"Right in the middle of City Center. Was a perfect place to stay with a great terrace to sit in between exploring. We highly recommend staying here. We had a 2 bedroom/2bathroom with a kitchen and sitting area. Very clean and comfortable."

"Very disappointing stay. The AC wasn’t working, and we were never informed ahead of time or at check in. When we asked the front desk, they simply said nobody in the hotel had AC, without even apologizing for the inconvenience. The room was outdated and poorly maintained. The desk was falling apart, and the top of the mini fridge was unstable. The lobby looks beautiful, but the rooms definitely don’t live up to it. For a four star hotel, we expected much better accommodations and customer...
