"Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. "We had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers and dog. The house was really perfect, a beautiful garden with great mountain view. 2 bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom, and a nice room for the boys that overlooked the garden. The house is really complete, all you have to bring is your clothes and toiletries. The host, Anna, is also really nice, we received a very warm welcome, with a basket filled with wine, pasta, cookies and more. Also there was soda in the refrigerator....

Large outdoor space was equipped for relaxed viewing the expanse of Viareggio/Ligurian Sea in day & a plethora of twinkling nighttime lights. "A wonderful villa experience in the hills overlooking Viareggio. Host Angelo was very service oriented and had good contacts with whom we arranged activities and transportation. He provided staff to prepare meals as we specified including three dinners and all breakfasts - in every instance, we received excellent food at reasonable prices from expert staff. We will easily recommend this accommodation to others."

"Lots of steps to get to property and built into a hill so not from anyone with limited walking ability. But if you can great views once there and if you use key to gate at top of garden a wonderful tattoria restaurant is 10 min walk away. Marco was very friendly and helpful. It's tucked away amongst some very friendly neighbours would suggest learning some Italian as very little English is spoken. "This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Mit Hund perfekt, da alles eingezäunt ist Eher für die wärmere Jahreszeiten geeignet mit schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen + Nordisches Duvet, nicht mit Laken und Wolldecke, wie üblich in Italien - wenn man selber kochen möchte ist die Küche nicht gut bestückt - man muss jede Seife, Abwaschmittel, Abtrocktüchlein, etc selber mitnehmen, es ist fast nichts vorhanden - es hat keine...

"We enjoyed our stay. The camp site is good for families and the staff were friendly. The restaurant and bar were very good and good value for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment/evening show is only aimed at children and is mainly in Italienne, it was learning songs and dance moves to the songs, which our 6 year old granddaughter was able to follow. We found the continuous loud music at the pool not very conducive for relaxing. They could have at least an hour a day without music for...
