  • In the charming village of Vertheuil, in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, this recently renovated stone house offers a peaceful, flower-filled garden. Enjoy private access, parking, a heated pool (in season), and a terrace. The house is comfortable and fully equipped.



    Ideally located in the Médoc Natural Park, between the estuary ports and the ocean, in a quiet and relaxing area:

    - 30 minutes from ocean beaches (Montalivet, Plage des Pins)

    - 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and its leisure center (water sports, hiking, cycling, horse riding)

    - 10 minutes from the estuary ports, Saint-Estèphe, and Pauillac

    - 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the bay, and 45 minutes from Verdon-sur-Mer



    The accommodation is peaceful, in the heart of Vertheuil, one of the Médoc's most beautiful villages. You’ll find a café-restaurant with terrace in the 12th-century Abbey park, a grocery store (with oysters from the bay on weekends), a bakery, takeaway pizzeria, an eco-museum, and many nearby wine estates.

    The pool is open from late April to mid-October depending on the weather. The house can also be rented with a guesthouse including a wellness area for two extra guests, available for an additional fee.
