This a very nice property located on the doorstep of Belgian hilly East. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bedding was perfect.

Was woken up at 5am by a boy racer in the adjoining car park doing doughnuts for 15mins. The room was large but very poorly designed. We arrived on a Friday evening and the outside dining was excellent with music and a great vibe. The surrounding area lacked charm but we managed to find a nice coffee shop and a chocolate museum. Hotel had a swimming pool which I wished I had used but was not well advertised. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

This hotel served as a transit stop whilst on a road trip. We did not appreciate how far out of town it was when we booked. Thankfully they had their outside dining option available. Our room was at the front and therefore noisy due to the restaurant/bar being below us. We also experienced “boy racers” at about 3am doing donuts in the retail car park across the road. We had not picked up that there was no air con at the hotel at the time of booking. It was uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Safe parking at the hotel (for circuit Spa guests a huge plus when traveling in own sportscar). Always great food, bar and breakfast options. Pool and fitness score is high and staff very friendly. A comfort room in duplex style provide more space and happiness :) See you soon again!

Hotelroom was nice and modern, however we had no hot water from the shower and it made a very annoying noise all day and night. We asked the hotel staff for other room options, but received none. A hotel manager checked the shower and told us that we would receive a discount on the hotel price. None of that happened. Other than that, Verviers is absolutely horrible and looks like a ghosttown. Unfriendly people, we didn't feel safe when walking outside in the evening and a lot of buidings look like ruins. Sad.

kamer was een beetje gehorig en de airco kon iets koeler maar het terras en eten maakt alles goed en het bed sliep heerlijk. Daarnaast had de badkamer een goede regendouchekop. Van het wellness gedeelte heb ik helaas geen gebruik gemaakt

Mauvaise aventure...

Arrivés 1h30 après le début du check-in, notre chambre n'était pas prête. La réceptionniste, très gentille, nous a alors offert les boissons d'arrivée en attendant notre chambre. Personne ne venant prendre notre commande sur la terrasse, nous avons dû aller au bar pour commander. Arrivés dans la chambre, nous avons constaté une chaleur terrible, malgré la climatisation installée. Il faisait 34 degrés dehors... Nous n'apprendrons qu'au check-out que la climatisation est en travaux... Nous avons donc dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, avons dû appeler à 23h30 poir que la musique extérieure soit baissée... De plus. les matelas sont excessivement mous... Rien à dire sur le personnel adorable! Ce séjour qui dévait être reposant a été tout le contraire et nous rentrons donc fatigués et en ayant mal au dos...

I stayed here when I was in Belgium in business. The hotel is lovely and spacious as was the room. The service was excellent and the food was very good too. Lovely music playing in the evenings and large windows I can leave open while I enjoy the music and vibes.

Clean and quiet hotel, ideal for a short stay

To me, Verviers as a town has not much to offer but this hotel is very good and has an excellent brasserie. If one wants to dine elsewhere, the town centre is a 15 min walk away.

My room had a sheer drop down some steps right from the front door and there is no electric in the room until you put slot your key in, and i dropped down those stairs and could have hurt myself. when I reported it to reception the lady found it somehow amusing. later my colleague and i were both separately berated by a member of staff about a booking not honored... we had no idea what he was talking about and it had nothing to do with us. The bed itself is perched on top of ridiculously steep stair case... crazy place. Won't return , rude staff.

Ideal hotel for a short stay

Good hotel with friendly staff, clean and well renovated. It is 10 mins by foot from the town centre but I decided to dine at the hotel brasserie and was very satisfied.
