Apartment in need of decoration Staff friendly Pool closed outside Indoor pool and spa is tiny ,grim and in need of refurbishment, 4 euro per swim hat. Changing rooms tiny. Tiny rubbish bag provided, no electric kettle "

"Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving "

"Location is great. Staff was friendly the 1 hour of early access was great for the kids. There are not a lot of dining options later in the evening at the property, and only one restaurant in the park that accommodates later dining. Also the gym is in bad shape, a lot of the weight machines are broken and the floor had water damage bucking the floor. The sauna and steam work do not work at all and are not completed yet. "PROS:Location of this home was great (3 minute walk to the beach) and it was clean. The pool was also nice. Beds were comfortable. CONS:Amenities not working/not provided:- Jacuzzi would not turn on and was dirty/had no cover- Property manager did not respond to fixing this issue during our stay and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. - Apparently even if it did turn on, the property manager informed me that the "Jacuzzi" would not have been hot as it was meant to be "cold...
