Wow, one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Fair pricing and clean! No detail was missed or spared! Pool was awesome, breakfast awesome, 24 hour coffee station awesome! Room awesome! I’m very picky, this place is clean! White glove clean, even in the stairwell and I went mid winter when things are harder to maintain. Front desk people were awesome! Love being up off the main road, quiet hillside location! A+++!

Have stayed here twice before and loved the suite. But this time was different. First room was dirty (dirty pillowcases and sheets, unstocked (no shampoo or conditioner) and hadn’t been vacuumed. They were super nice at the desk and moved us into a different room. This room was so much better. Glad the hotel was accommodating.

Loud families with young children running around in the lobby upon arriving at 9:45 pm and they continued in the hallway outside our room after 11pm. Neighbors above us on thr third floor seemed to be jumping on the floor all night. We got no sleep. The room was cold 66 degrees, turned heat up to 80 and was only 71 six hours later. There was no shampoo, body wash or conditioner in the shower. Water took 10 minutes in the sink and shower to heat. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Obviously the obnoxious families were not the fault of the hotel, however the room temperature, water temperature and missing bath products should have been checked before the room was rented.

I booked this hotel for the pool so my kids could break up a long trip with swimming. Pool was closed the whole visit for a "cleaning"? Over Christmas they close for that long? We also found this out on our own instead of being told upon arrival. The breakfast was nasty, right down to the apple juice. My grubhub coupon wouldnt work, that you guys promote. Very dissatisfied with this visit.

The lobby and front desk were exceptional. The room size and cleanliness are superior. We booked this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool and paid more for it. We found out when coming back to use the pool while leaving our venue early to do so that the pool was out of service. This is why we are giving this only a 3 star review.

Check in was smooth. Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately our next door neighbors’s kids were running around, screaming, very loud. Had to call down to front desk not one or two but three times. After 2nd call, someone came up to tell them to quiet down and this was at 11 pm. Needless to say, had to call down again after that. Kids didn’t stop until almost midnight. Not a good nights rest today the least.
