"Gute Lage am Hang mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, viele Liegen, gute Sonnenschirme. Die Snackbar am Pool war leider kaum offen. Die Garage ist groß genug, auch für SUVs, aber steile, etwas enge Zufahrt. Die Apartments sind geräumig, aber auch spartanisch, einfach eingerichtet. Dem Preis nicht angemessen! Bett, Matratzen und Bettwäsche sind gut. Genügend Handtücher und Badetücher vorhanden. TV leider nur mit terrestrischem...

Communication with Letizia was easy and fast, we got some food, beverages and fruit as well as Coffee and even some blueberries from her garden besides nice Information Where to go in the area. The flat is well equiped and anything needed is within walking distance, its located right across the nice church of Gianico and Lots of Things to discover in the Region."

"Very clean apartment, exactly as the pictured in the ad. The only surprise we had, was that we got a message from owner to bring our own sheets and towels a couple days before arrival. We did not see that in the VRBO site. This caused us a bit of trouble since we had to buy those items. We are not used to this in the US. "We have highly appreciated the confort of this spaceful and silent flat. It is a pleasure to take breakfast on the balcony with a delicious view on the lake. The only point which can be improved is the confort of the bed. We feel the springs of the mattress when we sleep. We solved this issue sleeping on the comforter. I do recommend this place to stay for vacation."
