"We loved our experience at La Palazzo. We have had many vacation rentals over the years and this stood out as one of best. The house is in a beautiful, peaceful location. Marco and the other property managers were helpful and gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants, shops and sites to visit. The grounds and house were beautifully tended and the pool was perfect. We were two families with plenty of space to roam. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it."

"We visited this property as our first ever family vacation with three toddlers and it was pefect! The property itself was beautiful, the town is quaint and the hostess is sweet and accomodating! "The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."

"we were there for almost three weeks and really enjoyed it. The owner is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. However, you should know that the nearest shops can only be reached by car, since the house is very quiet and secluded. you also have to drive to go out in the evening. But we really enjoyed the rest, everything was fine for us!"

"A lovely, comfortable and well equipped property in a quiet hilltop village with stunning views all round. We enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. It was a difficult to find the property on arrival despite the instructions provided, these could have more detailed and an accompanying map would have been helpful.We ended up parking our car in the village for the week as the narrow and steep road up to the property was challenging."

The villa is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and in a location that offered us complete quiet; the views of the mountains were absolutely stunning. "This was a very unique place to stay - the location is in a stunning wooded area next to the quaint town of Fivizzano. It was amazing how they built the home over an ancient olive oil mill too. The pool was so well maintained and a highlight for everyone. The owner and her manager, Karsten, were very responsive as well. We would recommend this amazing place to everyone."

"We loved this villa - it was very comfortable and well equipped and we loved the pool with its beautiful views. Fabio the owner was very friendly and made us very welcome. The location is rather remote - there isn't really anything in Vigneta and you need to drive to the nearest shop and restaurant. However, we were very happy relaxing in the villa and round the pool so this didn't really impact on us."

"Everything was just as advertised. Chiara was a wonderful host who met us after our long journey. The pool was great, al fresco dinners and the quietness of the mountains. View was spectacular and there is a path down to the creek. Piazza al Serchio is close by for any grocery needs and market on Tuesdays."

"We stayed here for half term week and it was perfect, 2 adults & 2 x 5 yr olds there was plenty of space, we were in the pool everyday and the hosts were lovely, attending to things in a discreet way. We loved the personal touches of homegrown salad & fruit brought to us as well as eggs from the chickens. Great facilities & everything provided including laundry detergent & dishwasher tablets, only thing lacking was a hairdryer. 5* service in a beautiful location - we would 100% return!!"

"Wir hatten einige wunderbare Tage in einem stilvollen Haus mitten in einem freundlichen kleinen Ort voller netter Leute. Das Haus ist sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und schöner, als auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin und ihre Schwester waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und hießen uns vor Ort herzlich willkommen. Noch etwas Wichtiges : sehr gute Betten, alles funktionierte perfekt."
