Accommodation and pool were great, not a heated a pool but on hot days that’s no issue. Location was perfect for us as it provided privacy, tranquillity and views while also only being a 15 min drive from a shop, train station which put Lucca, Pisa and Braga all within reach. "Beautiful setting, great gardens and pool. The house is spacious and airy with lots of different areas to sit, eat and explore. The villa isn't really walking distance to the village and the unmade road can be difficult to drive especially after heavy rain. There needs to be some modifications to the house, it's all very traditional and brown and the gas hob takes forever to heat up (boiling a kettle is a 20 minute job). The beds are pretty uncomfortable but apart from that it was a lovely villa...
