"We were really disappointed by the poor quality of service or customer attention. This is obviously a large, corporate conference hotel, but there was a strong sense that the staff did not care. There is a cumbersome lift system that is slow and unreliable, and you can't even access the toilet in the lobby without a key card. Check-in is slow and tedious, and the staff here and at the Concierge desk are dismissive and sullen."

"Great hotel in a really good location from which to explore. Rooms were lovely; well kept and clean, with a really comfortable bed. Gym was ok for a casual workout and the honesty bar was a smashing bonus. The staff were friendly and only to willing to have a chat or offer advice. Definitely going back!"
