"We stayed here before we went to the airport to fly out of Italy. It was a great place for a quick stay and we were able to get food from their restaurant, which made it easy for us when we had a long travel day. The shuttle service was also amazing, which took us from the train station the night before, and then took us to the airport the following day. Sahib Singh was fantastic! "

One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "This is a really nice hotel, spacious and clean. Only three minor things for improvement: WiFi signal was not good, the beef I ordered was like a rubber, the shuttle should be free."
