Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

Beautiful spaces, the rooms are spacious and very clean with a touch of history (in a classy way). Breakfast is great. Personnel is very courteous and attentive. Fully recommended.

Secure safe parking and very welcoming staff. The jacuzzi in our room worked perfectly. Less than a mile walk into the heart of Parma. Train station two easy streets away. Will definitely return.

Clean room and helpful staff. Need a better sign at the entrance.

Beautiful hotel with convenient parking. Nice happy hour and helpful staff. Mickey was the BEST! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

The hotel is integrated into a new complex built around the rail station. The station itself was renovated less than 10 years ago and the hotel appears even newer than that. The location is extremely convenient for those who travel by train--just a few steps from the train station, and about 10 minutes walk to the city center. Contemporary, well appointed room with a large bathroom, including the typical shower/bath combo. Reception was welcoming, professional and helpful and everything was...

Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a stay to remember and to remmone dot everybody who wants to sleep in that area. Beautiful place, excellent location, very high comfort but the best part is whiteout a doubt Francesca. She takes care of you and in just minutes you do not want to leave anymore. Thanks very very much, we hope you think of us when enjoying a stroopwafel.

Lovely setting, an easy walk to city centre, plenty of free parking, decent restaurant (dinner) and the breakfast was good.

Wow! What a little jewel this place turned out to be. Large, clean, beautiful, low-cost room. First, this is a very different cost-effective hotel experience. There is no 'front desk', and no staff save for a couple of cleaning folks you may or may not see. You enter the main front door using a code on a keypad, and you don't have a room key - you get a numeric combination for the combo lock on your door. So you have to be sure to read the messages the hotel sends you on Expedia to get the...

Right next to the train station and reasonably priced with breakfast

Place was clean great air condition. Beds and linen comfortable rooms are well maintained. Street parking was easy

The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant. They helped us out of several transportation jams that we found ourselves in. We wouldn’t have made it to our events or back to the train station without their help which they offered freely.
