Spread across 340 m² of interior space and a 55 m² terrace, this home is designed for comfort and style. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a private whirlpool, it's ideal for large families or groups. Enjoy access to the pool, barbecue area, and our on-site bike rental. Casa 8 spans two floors and offers high-end comfort throughout. It features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a bright living room with an open gallery ceiling. The large terrace with sea views is perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evenings. A whirlpool and a fireplace add to the luxurious ambiance, and a billiard table invites you to unwind and have fun. A built-in Sonos system provides music throughout the entire house.
The house is part of a gated estate with eight total units that share the garden and pool.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM.
Free street parking is available nearby. Please note that on-site parking is reserved exclusively for guests with disabilities and must be requested in advance.
Quinta da Victória is just 100 meters from the Camino de Santiago and within walking distance of the sea—perfect for exploring the surrounding nature.
A baby crib is available on request (€12/week, limited availability).
Pets are welcome for a fee of €11 per night and must be registered in advance.

Waste Separation
Waste separation is mandatory in Portugal (paper, plastic, glass, general waste)
Containers are located in the room to the left of the main gate
The access code is the same as for your house
Air Conditioning and Energy
Keep windows and doors closed when the AC is running
Turn off the AC when leaving the house
The entire estate runs on 100% green electricity
Fireplace
The fireplace can be used with suitable firewood only
Firewood (10 kg bag for €6) is available on-site
Towels
White bathroom towels must not be used at the pool or beach
Beach towels are available:
– €5 per towel/week (rental)
– €15 per towel (purchase)
Laundry and Cleaning
Final cleaning is included
Weekly cleaning for longer stays

Hanging clothes in shared spaces or reserving sun loungers is not permitted
We reserve the right to remove such items
Damage
Please report any damage or loss on-site so we can arrange a replacement
Guests are liable for major damages
We reserve the right to charge for damaged inventory or heavily soiled linens/towels

Every house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit
