"The property is conveniently located but lacks any real services such as dining or gym. The staff are pleasant but it’s very annoying that you have to be buzzed in every time you try to enter the hotel. The elevator is also extremely small and slow."

There was a minor incident where the fireman entered the building and I would expect for the reception staff to communicate what was happening for everyone to be calmed but the staff didn’t approach us at all.
