"La Quercia" is a luxurious, detached 4-room detached house with 120 m² of living space spread over two floors. The house is located in Vico Morcote, about 10 km from Lugano, and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

A children's room is equipped with a bunk bed (80 cm x 200 cm). A further double room measuring 20 m² also has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). There is also a separate bathroom/WC with double washbasin.
Outdoor area: The house has a large terrace with patio furniture, parasol, a seating area for six people, outdoor shower and barbecue. The terraced plot (500 m²) is surrounded by palm trees and offers an idyllic retreat. There is a 250v socket in the car park but no wallbox.
Please note that a new detached house is being built on the neighbouring plot - completion of the interior work around summer 2025.
