"The property is delightful. It’s very olde world charm. However there are no parking facilities and clients have to be transported from public car parks around the town. This was not made clear or we would not have booked. Taking a car to the hotel is impossible and you only find this out when following the sat nav and getting stuck in a narrow street. I requested some milk from one of the receptionist for our tea in the room and was very disappointed in her haughty response. She would give...

"Beautiful and comfortable old country house with lovely garden in an area with amazing scenery. Lovely views of the lake and close to a cute village. Restaurants and cafes closed until Easter in small villages. Great area for hiking in the summer. Owner excellent communicator. Good continental breakfast. Highly recommend. Many thanks"
