The Space:
Plenty of space for families with children over the age of 8 and friends groups holidaying together.
Older kids and adults will love the ability to leave the car in the basement car park and walk to popular cafe’s, shops and the beach front walking tail/ bike way to Port Elliot or Encounter Bay. This beachfront apartment is situated on the ground floor and offers easy wheelchair access to the rear and full access via a lift from the car park. The apartment is spacious with open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms, balcony with bbq and space to relax.
Please note this apartment has one car parking space allocated in the basement car park but there is time unlimited street parking on Flinders Parade right in front of the apartment.
There are three bedrooms, all with Queen beds. Two bathrooms service the apartment.
All bed linen and bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels
When it's time to explore, you'll find yourself just moments away from an array of attractions and amenities. Wander down to the nearby shops and cafes for a taste of local cuisine, or take a leisurely stroll past the playground to the Granite Island causeway where you can hop aboard the iconic horse-drawn tram for a charming ride over to the island for a coffee or an icecream at the cafe there or a 20 min walk around the island itself.
For those seeking more adventure, Victor Harbor and surrounding areas offer an abundance of activities to suit every interest. Embark on a scenic hike or bike ride along the coastline, catch a glimpse of playful dolphins frolicking in the waves (or whales during may through August), or take a boat ride on the big duck which leaves from the Granite Island causeway. Visit local wineries and farm cafe's.
After a day of exploration, return to your seaside haven to unwind and recharge. maybe cook a bbq on the balcony and enjoy a relaxed bevvy or two while enjoying the view. There is one car park available in the secure basement car park but plenty of parking in the street in front also.
The lift will take you straight from the car park to the apartment.
