"The people walking around on the floor above us was disruptive to our sleep. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning - he suggested that perhaps management would look at soundproofing the floors and ceilings with the next reno. Front desk staff in the evening was ok just not as warm and welcoming as I was expecting, but the guy who checked us out was most helpful the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"It has been a nice stay; the place is clean and organized. The host is so friendly and accommodating; along the way, I never had a problem. I truly recommend them if you're visiting Vancouver Island on your trip. The place is near beautiful parks, especially Butchart Gardens."

"We had a fantastic multi-generational getaway at Seabrook Farmhouse to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. The property was perfect for bringing everyone together—whether we were enjoying the games room, relaxing in the hot tub, or playing bocce in the yard.The open-concept living and dining area was ideal for hosting a memorable murder mystery dinner, and the well-appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare large family meals. We especially appreciated the level entry and main-floor primary bedroom, which made the home comfortable and accessible for guests with mobility challenges. (Note: the staircase to the second floor has a sturdy handrail but includes several steps that may be challenging for some.)The flat yard and quiet country roads just outside the property were perfect for leisurely walks after our big meals. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—Satnam has truly created a welcoming, well-equipped space for all ages."

"This was a nice big space with everything that we needed. There is lots of things to do close by and many restaurants. "

"There were 6 of us that stayed in this home, including a toddler. The house is spacious and gave everyone plenty of communal visiting areas, while also providing everyone with their own space. We appreciated the travel crib and high chair being available for guests so we didn’t have to bring those items on the plane. There were games, puzzles, and books provided for entertainment, as well as access to the beautiful front yard. Kyle was a great host and was very quick to answer messages and provide assistance. As other guests have mentioned in reviews, there are a few sets of 2-3 stairs as well as the stairs to the basement. It was manageable for our 2 year old but may be tricky for younger children or people with mobility issues. "
