Friendly staff. Best place to be. Its very clean and staff very helpful available 24/7. The place is centrally located in town and real value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
Great lodge in the northern area of Victoria Falls, maybe 2 miles from the falls themselves. It's a $10 taxi ride from the border crossing, or you can walk it easily if you don't have luggage. I walked from the lodge to the falls and back in a morning and walked back to the border in the afternoon. Wonderful indoor/outdoor restaurant, clean rooms, very friendly staff. My stay was excellent. Only one night, but I wish it had been more.
Lovely tranquil setting, very helpful staff, clean tidy rooms, tasty breakfast and a rip roaring garden fire pit.
Would gladly stay again if in the area.
Thank you
Gorgeous and wonderful staff, all so friendly and helpful. They drive you to where you want to go and offer transfers or assist in booking day trips from the lodge. Lovely breakfast set up and 24/7 tea and coffee station. Lovely seating area for eating and a fire pit at night and lovely food and drinks available throughout the day from their menu. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Nice and peaceful place!
Pamusha is a gorgeous African delight. Great value. All activities can be planned from the hotel. Free airport shuttle (30.00 value). Incredible staff. Thank you, I refer travellers to you all the time!!

Ontzettend gastvrije lodge. De medewerkers helpen waar ze kunnen.
De kamer is schoon. Badkamer is beetje onhandig ingericht.
The staff was incredibly helpful. They fixed breakfast for us an hour before the usual time, they arranged extra transportation for us. Eat dinner at the restaurant, the stir fried chicken was excellent.

Running Water Problems
Pamusha Lodge's biggest positive is the staff. They were all extremely welcoming and hospitable, giving us a tour of the outdoor common area and our room. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was tea and coffee always available in the outdoor restaurant. Breakfast was included. The bedroom was clean and the linens immaculate, though I preferred not to walk barefoot on the bathroom floor. The outdoor area is slightly shabby, but there is plenty of shaded seating, and a firepit.
The negatives are that you can hear every sound from the adjacent rooms. My mosquito net was hung off to the side of the bed rather than directly over it, and was being held together by half a dozen bandaids. It didn't fit properly over the bed, and I had to sleep scrunched down and with my head between the two pillows to keep the net off my face and prevent mosquitoes from biting me through it. The biggest issue was the lack of water. Neither the bath or shower worked, and the sink only worked maybe 20% of the time. The shower sprayed for about 6 seconds, then became a small, cool trickle. I managed to lather up and splash the soap off (washing my hair was a lost cause) for a few minutes until the water stopped entirely. I then tried the sink, where the water only ran for ten seconds, then the tub - same thing. Had to wash my face with bottled water the next morning. Our tour operator said VF businesses have water reserves, so this isn't something that he hears about happening at all.
