The room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower is weak. The staff are very knowledgeable and very unfriendly. The location is excellent, I imagine the view from the harbor side is nice. The management is terrible, they do not care about customer service at all, they will upcharge every chance they get. 30 a day for parking, 30 a day if you need a cot, no refunds or discounts if your room is not what you need or for early checkout.

Rooms were clean and had nice amenities even though was very crowded. Beds were quite uncomfortable and rooms were outdated. Also parking was horrible, their underground parking didn't accommodate trucks and had to pay for parking a block over in a muddy gravel lot. For the price I'd rather stay at a different hotel.
