The kitchen is a well-equipped culinary haven with a sleek modern-industrial design that features top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances, along with a lovely breakfast bar that comfortably seats four. Furthermore, We provide all cooking essentials, ensuring that you have everything at your fingertips. We have a portable window a/c located in the living room.

Onwards and downwards, the condo's lower-level houses two private bedrooms, each containing a cozy queen-sized bed topped with exceptional, high-quality bedding promising everyone a restful night's sleep. The condo also boasts one full bathroom on the lower level, complete with a shower and bathtub, and an additional half bathroom conveniently located on the upper level.

Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 21 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
