"All the staff we encountered were so lovely. The room was nice clean. I liked having the little hallway before getting to the rest of the room. Worked out having the little extra space to store bags. Loved the turn down service. Valet was so nice and quick. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent customer service. The staff were very accommodating. My first room was on the top floor and had a balcony with a high fence so it felt very dark. And the seagulls were very loud. They kindly accommodated a room change one floor down that felt brighter and fresher. The only issue was it was still above a night club so even though on the 6th floor I was awakened at night with noise from the party crowds well into the morning.
