Relax and enjoy a peaceful, spacious retreat close to secluded beaches and mountain rainforests, with easy-access to the bustling City life of Victoria.

We welcome Pet Guests! They may not lounge on the furniture or on the beds out of courtesy to future guests.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen with a full oven and fridge, and everything you could need from a French Press to a Garlic Press, and everything in between including a rice cooker!

Your stay also includes a stackable washer/dryer, high speed wifi, the Movie Cable package and Netflix: just speak into the remote and your movie dreams will come true!

The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed, clothing storage and amenities to keep you cool or warm through the night.

Super clean ground level apartment in a home that is really close to U Vic. Owner was very responsive to any email inquiries. Beautiful gardens, in a quiet neighbourhood.

Highly recommended!
Lovely garden level unit ( of a 2 level house) in a suburban neighborhood north of Victoria center. Patio in back full of plants and trees. Easy walk to local beach and Mount Douglas. Monica couldn’t have been more accommodating with suggestions for dining and activities, and her blueberry tarts were absolutely delicious!

We enjoyed a splendid celebratory stay in Victoria and area and this spot really enhanced our enjoyment factor. Greeted by warm and welcoming niceties from our host, a clean, comfortable and welcoming space, we enjoyed both the suite, the amenities there as well as the quiet neighborhood. Our host was very knowledgeable of the area, places to see and things to do. We very much appreciated the care and energy it took to make this space homey and comfortable for our stay. 100% recommendation for a quiet place to enjoy Victoria and all that is has to offer.

Our stay in Victoria was lovely. The garden suite was very quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect and our host was extremely accommodating. We were greeted with candy and a beautiful bouquet of flowers! I do wish there was a dishwasher and a coffeemaker. Some of the dishes did not seem very clean. Overall, I would recommend this property property.

Warm + Welcoming Host
Monica was a kind and welcoming host! She provided detailed instructions on how to find the place and was responsive to any questions we had. When we arrived we were greeted with fresh flowers and a handwritten letter welcoming us and sharing favourite areas of Victoria to explore. The place was very clean, on a quiet street, had all the kitchen necessities and included beautiful outdoor spaces for us to access. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Victoria.

Victoria is Amazing
Our stay was so lovely. Everything was as Monica said it would be. When we arrived entrance was easy and when we entered the house fresh flowers were cut and on the island. They smelled so good! The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Location is great..neighborhood was quiet and nice. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality Monica

Two night stay
I stayed for a couple of nights with my parents. It’s a lovely house in a residential area of Victoria. We chose it as it’s close to University of Victoria where my daughter is studying and that worked well. All of the pre arrival information was clear and easy to follow. There was a lovely welcome pack left for us. The house is exactly as listed and has a really nice back garden. Overall a very good experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The suite is very comfortable and as described. We especially enjoyed walking through the parks and along the beach. The host was friendly and helpful. Amazing getaway for a National Dog Day weekend
My friend and I booked a chill weekend in Victoria for walking, visiting and importantly, celebrating National Dog Day together with my pup "Polo". We were happy to find a pet friendly place. Our host was so friendly and the suite is very welcoming. Great care has been taken to make guests feel at home and special... from the chickadees and bunnies in the garden to the spoons in the drawer. Giant trees and secret beaches will refresh your soul here. We will be back for sure and will stay longer next time. Many thanks to our lovely host and family.

This lovely home in a most peaceful neighborhood was perfect! Nicely furnished home with the necessary amenities made it wonderful. The front and back yards were poetically landscaped! We relished the beautiful walks to the beach and around the serene, picturesque neighborhood. Parking was a treat. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re planning our future returns!
