The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. The hotel was amazing. It is in a very central location and off the beaten path of the city which is nice for relaxing. We loved out stay and hope to return soon.

Magnificent setting with awesome views. Definitely must get a lake view room. Buffet breakfast was good and service in the dining room was also good. However, front desk service should improve taking into account the star rating of this hotel.

El llegar es bellísimo. En medio del bosque, y en frente del lago. Lo único es que tienen un gato que se pasea por el hotel y creo que para los que no somos amantes de los gatos fue demasiado.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and the service. Just want to add one thing. The best surprise was its restaurant which we didn't expect much as it's just a hotel restaurant. After having been to the famous restaurant right next door (where Clinton had visited), we found our hotel restaurant had better cooking and quality in food to offer, and not expensive or pretentious like next door.

I stayed here for two nights in early September 2019 and loved it. I had a room on the 5th floor with a full lake view which was incredible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the on-site restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced. It is a very easy drive from the airport to the hotel, and also an easy drive to nearby hiking and skiing. My rate included free breakfast which was very good. The only problem I has was that the WiFi service was spotty at times, I had a lot of dropped...

This hotel was perfect for me. It was close to the base of the mountain and was walking distance to other bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and set up taxis to the airport and city center since I did not have a car. I won't look at any other place when I plan to return in the future.

After a week in a tent, this place felt like the Taj Mahal. Great location, excellent ambiance, room, breakfast. Price was fair.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The grounds was beautiful with all the flowers and trees. The staff was very helpful with everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.
