"I know it's not supposed to be a full service property based on the rates, but coffee in the room would've been nice rather than having to go to the lounge and pay for coffee there. Other than that, it was a nice stay, a little bit of mix up when trying to cancel the second night between Expedia and the hotel, but they were lovely to work with throughout that situation."
